Modern Nesting Wooden Trivet Set

Description

This modern set of two nesting trivets combines practical tabletop protection with the natural beauty of hardwood. The smaller trivet fits neatly inside the larger one, creating a sculptural display when the set is not in use.

I make each set individually, carefully selecting and arranging the wood to highlight its natural grain, color, and contrast. Each piece is precisely shaped and sanded by hand to create smooth surfaces and softly finished edges.

The set shown is made from contrasting walnut and maple. Other hardwood combinations may be available upon request, depending on the materials I have on hand. Because every board has its own grain and coloring, each finished set will be unique.

Made to Order

Each set is handcrafted especially for you. Please allow approximately three weeks for creation before shipping or pickup. Natural variations in the wood mean that the grain, coloring, and contrast will differ slightly from the photographs.

Care Instructions

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry promptly. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. The natural tung-oil finish provides some resistance to moisture but is not waterproof.

Shipping and Local Pickup

At checkout, select Local Pickup to place your order without an estimated shipping charge. If you need the order shipped, note that request during checkout. After the piece is ready and securely packaged, the actual shipping cost will be calculated and sent to you as a separate invoice or payment request. The order will ship after that charge has been paid.
